Went to an old hunting spot with a new detector today and boy does the XP Deus pay off! I have hunted this spot for half my life with my old detectors, and had lots of luck including a SNY plate. The very first signal I dug turned up the perfect thing to go with my plate, a NY militia button with gold gilt!
AMAZING!! After that there were a few trashy signals and then yet another button, this time it was an Eagle button! 
Then for some reason the signals dried up for almost an hour. I decide to go check a trashy area that I have avoided for years as my detector was never able to discriminate the goods from the trash. Apparently those days are in the past thanks to the Deus! Over the next few minutes I pulled two round balls and a miniball, all within five feet of each other. at this point I checked the time and decided I needed to head off to work. On the way to the truck, I scanned along the fence leading out, and got a faint signal. Never one to put work before detecting, I stopped and checked the signal. To my excitment, out pops a VA militia button! What an amazing day!
