Nice finds! Looks like a productive sight from all the wheats alone. :icon_thumright:

I am on the skunk streak...nothing but a few wheats. No good finds of late.

Looks like you had a good time and the potential for some real treasures are there.... what were you hunting with?

Neat finds! BUT, did you remember to have fun? ;)

Looks like a place I would try.

HH!

Good research and nice finds!!!

Thanks All !
& yes I had fun
although for the first 2 hours I only had wheats & Clad & trash, Kept saying to myself
these people lost allot of Wheats from the '40's , they had to loose dimes......
they HAD TO ! then I found the Barber & a Hot spot every coin was a keeper after that

Great hunt. :icon_thumright: Congrats on all the silver, IH's and wheats. Glad you were rewarded for your persistence.

HH

Thanks Greg doesn't happen too often these days :LOL

again Thanks all !

How deep where the wheats and the silvers?

although I didn't really think about depth I'd say all were between 5" & 9"
although I had dug a few holes deeper then that chasing Iron.

there is about 10" of soft ground on top of gravel
