Had the day off so I went to one of my favorite spots. It didn't disappoint. This passed rain has helped alot. Could not scare up a old silver, but ill take what the ground had to give today..
If anyone knows what the hell this mouse is, please let me know. Iam very found of it..
Also some pipe stem, black glass, and redware.

Nice going George on those greenies, and I like that bell too. BTW - that mystery item almost resembles one of those patch box covers that Brad dug the other day, but due to its curvature I highly doubt that's what it is.

The thing with bars is part of an 18th C rein guide. Goes to those oval flat brass pieces with the 2 holes.

I found 3 or 4 of those brass bars like you found while hunting an old colonial site in NC. Mine has different designs on them. Not sure what they are.

Like I was told, there off of 1700s horse harnesses.
Looks like your on a great site.
