That was a beautiful diving video. Finding great coins is just icing on the cake. How many tanks did you have for that deep dive? I thought I counted 5 and guess 2 of them were emergency tanks. I've had to put off finishing my basic dive class for personal and health reasons, but hope to be able to get back into it later this year. I know I will never be able to achieve a deep dive like this myself, but just shallow dives would suit me fine. Thanks for sharing that video, it really made my day.

No need to dive deep to discover the beauty of underwater panorama.

For scuba detection, the usual working depth is from 5ft to 30ft.....

Sorry froggy T Net is just like my metal detecting club

My Januarys club meeting I go in with 3 gold rings and got beat out by 4 silver coins, one was a barber quarter, walking liberty half, merc, rosey and a chuck cheese token... who got finds of the month? The coins because the members vote, and there a bunch of dirt lovers. One of the members did say to me, Wow when does silver beat Gold? I chuckled and said don't worry I am use to it, Which would you rather have, the find of the month or 200 dollars in Gold..

So Don't hesitate to Vote Banner when someone has a great find in the beach section...just click that little red button in the right hand corner of the post (Nominate Banner)

To call this banner is an understatment. Incredible fantastic amazing awesome unbelievable find!!! I wish I lived there, I am a Swiss citizen because my dad, his parents, and his family going back to around 1000ad lived there, (My Great-great-great-great..... Grandfather has some castle there from the medieval times), so theoretically I could live there. Congrats, I'm super jealous .

Sense varies from beach to beach, even changes from one side of beach to the other sometimes.

Posted From My $50 Tablet....

As it also changes with locations that you hunt due to the salinity of the waters. I am almost certain that the settings used while scuba diving off Key West will not work off Newport, Rhode Island and vice versa due to differences in the salinity of waters. If I am not mistaken, there is a lot more salt in the waters off Newport, Rhode Island than off Key West. While it takes some effort to float on your' back in the waters off Key West, you can float in the waters off Newport with no effort at all and I have done it at both locations many times!

.... and even more salt in the Med sea!

Just have to adjust the sensitivity on the CTX. Also i can't digg too much underwater ;-)
