7hrs at the silver mine today

Went and spent 7hrs SLOWLY going over new areas and some old areas of the silver mine. I think my time was well spent today. I enjoyed the park, the weather and the finds. I hope you do too!

The finds. One toonie, one loonie, one 1968 quarter, two modern dimes, 37 pennies. one spoon, one key, one junk jewelry and a whatsit.

A 1953 Elizabth penny.

A 1944 S Mercury Dime in very good condition. My first Merc and in Canada no less. I did not expect this to pop out of the ground.

And a 1922 George V Five Cent piece. Finally got me one. This now is my oldest Canadian coin. COME ON Edward VII!!!!

4. Date: might be 1848 or 1851, personally I think it's 1851 Sheffield.
5. Country or Ruler: Unknown yet.
