Finished a couple of sterling belt buckles. The main figure is the island of Martha's Vineyard which I cut out from sheet and soldered onto the main rectangle of silver. Cut out the moon and cloud from sterling, and the sun from 18K gold and soldered them onto the face along with the little stars which were punched out from a sheet. Chased in the "waves" with a little chasing tool. Then made and installed the belt loop and hook on the back. They will go for sale in a friend's store on the island. I made another pair with more gold work but cannot post them as they were made as wedding presents and I don't want them on the net until after the wedding in two weeks. Sorry for the camera reflection, hard to photograph shiny silver without getting one.
