I was lucky I spotted the P on the war nickel. It had a rusty reddish color that I might have otherwise ignored.

Takes good eyesight to see that mintmark from a distance. You were lucky that one didn't slip through.

I finally broke open the Loomis roll that had the 1934 P cent ender. The only other coin of note was a 1957 D. Pretty decent shape.

It was clad from a handwrapped roll. I don't usually check for proofs since the Loomis rolls usually are 2014 P dimes. This one stood out, though.
