would the dime be any special dime if it didnt have a mint mark on it i looke d and i couldnt find one both coins are in good shape to and i found a way to clean coins you take a pencil and scribble on the coin and use the eraser and it cleans right up wooohoo

found a australian coin today that is from 1969 it says elizabeth 2 and on the back it has a platpus and 20 on the back for the amount any idea?

The lack of a mint mark on the Roosevelt dime only means it was minted in Philadelphia. Later coins have a "P". Very cool that you hit silver though and didn't even have to dig!
