a few civil war finds today

Hey everybody, my youngest son/digging buddy was home for easter so we hit an old spot and came home with a few bullets a new York coat and a new York cuff which came out with the dirt plug. Would love to hear your thoughts on the sword hanger like item. could also be a piece of horse tack so let me know what you think. Thanks for looking and happy hunting!
