Well you've got ahead of a lot of folks who took a lot longer to get their first silver quarters. They're just too hard to come by at most sites! Try cropping your pics to make them a little more easily visible in the future though. Nice digs!

I think it was Fred Astair. He probably dropped them while dancing in the rain of biting flies.
Will have the scan up later today.

i have been at big bay to the north, when the weather conditions are right, seems all them fish flies get blown up next to the shore area of superior, and you had to run to where ever you were going, the beaches always have a few of them but at times its like clouds of them, and they take chuncks of meat when the bite
