I'm no expert. but I think maybe the larger ones ,but the small ones i would think arrow points

They are true arrowheads.. used with a bow.
The bow was invented after the atlatl was in use for thousands of years as the means of projecting a stone point and shaft much faster and farther than the throwing of a spear.
An atlatl is basically a hand held catapult.
... Nice display of points you have there.
