Here is some more from the same hunting grounds. The middle point in the top row is probably the closest thing to a needle point that I've found. Just amazing that such a fine tip could be put on such a hard material as quartz.

Anyone know what material the point to the left of the nickle is? It has always reminded me of a dairy cow. ;D The last two pics are a little tighter shots of the same point.

Nice finds pynchinflint. The material on the one piece looks like what we refer to as "chicken$hit flint", but I believe the actual term is Boyle Chert.
