Took Off work Friday afternoon to get some dirt fishing in since rain was forecast for the entire weekend. Went to the new permission (I posted a pick of on my last post). It was a bust, :BangHead: I pulled a little clad, but I was finding pull tabs and bottle caps at 8"-9" deep. After a little over an hour, I went back to "THE" Brick House that has given up 169 coins. I did not find a thing, so I wandered next door to the Grey house and dug a few relics.

Sunday I had the urge to go back out, clouds were gone so I hunted a permission from last year.
My 1st plug produced a 1948-D Rosie, the 2nd plug gave me a 1958-D wheat. After a couple more pennies I pulled an old picture holder.

I returned to the Grey House. pulled 35 cents in clad, and old brooch, a brass cap, my 4th harmonica reed and a big corroded washer looking thing.

I know not much to show, but at least I got out and swung the coil. Hope ya'll did too....

Sounds great Loco, I had a great weekend. Sounds like you did to. Anytime we can dig is a good weekend. Back to the grind tomorrow. Oh well, only five days. Congrats. RN

I'm glad to see you were at least rewarded with a silver for your efforts! I'm on a 5 hunt slump now, and haven't hunted as much as I usually do so I better get with it, I have a LONG way to go if I hope to find as many as you! GL & HH

McClod sorry about the slump. the more times you swing the coil the more chances for the detecting gods to reward you with some silver... I normally average a silver every 20 hours of detecting time.
