Nope, the end piece with .925 on it swung open. Just dirt inside. That's how I realized there was a plastic, maybe glass, tube inside. Maybe for a hit of snuff was kept inside. Found about 4 inches down at a park.

Actually the thing I figured was inside at one point is, Holy Water. We Catholics/Christians will often put holy water in things like that !
