I hunted an older home site today near Waynesville NC.
I'm telling you, this yard had it all!
CW lead, mercury dime, wheat penny's , 2 locks one very old. A Crotal, or Sleigh bell as they are called in the States. Pewter buttons and a VERY LARGE good luck penny a souvenir from Denver CO.
If any one knows a little history of the medal please let us know. I would guess the date to be 30's??

Not sure? Maybe a Chrysler or Plymouth?

'cause it's huge! that "very LARGE" cent coulda ridden in the back of that all the way from Durango...

Then I got this tone. I dug the plug and that penny came out. I thought it was a buckle at first!
