Found this today at work today in the grass by the sidewalk. Looked like it had been stepped on once or twice, only the top shinny part sticking out of the ground. I guess me and the sun were both in the right place. This is the best ring I've found, to bad I wasn't using my detector. Oh well!

It says 14kn and appears to be real gold (mag test) but I'm sure the stones are fake. Looks about 3/4 carat so its prob. fake

it counts,, very nice ring,, if you didn't have detector eyes you wouldn't have found it,, so it counts....

Stones don't look real great but they might just not be quality diamonds.

Couple o guesses...if the back side of the diamond is visible there is a good chance it is real...if it is look to see if it is cut into a point like diamonds usually are, also or otherwise if there is any type of paint or otherwise reflective material attached to the diamond, this would be a giveaway to fake...good chance its zircona or otherwise as well, but hey NICE ring none the less.
