Advise on Sandcrusted Silver Please !!

Hi All,
I understand this is a little off topic,
but I see that this forums posters get a lot of saltwater silver and may not see my OP,
I recovered an encrusted Pine Tree shilling and hope to hear some advise
on methods or trustworthy companies that can remove this matter.

Muriatic Acid as Steve suggested in the linked thread would work, but I'm a firm believer in cooking the coins if they are of a high grade silver. Mr. Douglas Armstrong of Conservation Research Services recommends the same when it comes to high grade silver.

Thanks Diverdown, I believe i found the site for CRS you mention,
it is full of great technical info, and they offer to perform the services also.
I believe that all i want accomplished is to remove the surface encrustation.
