After Tumbling: 314 Year Old Coppa!

Hey, folks, I decided to tumble a coppa that I had found in May. Actually, before I tumbled the coppa, I thought it was a Connecticut, but I was soon to be a wrong baboon. :D

To get to my coppa...I tumbled it for 25 minutes and soon found out that I had found a 1694 William and Mary Halfpenny! ;D :D As you can see in the pic, the bust is totally identifiable! :D This coin is my oldest yet and just proves that analog detectors can still compete! :D

What have you found here? I can't make out your coin, but you're much better than I am at identifying old Coppas. :icon_king:

Congrats on your oldest Coppa ever!! :thumbsup: You need to have a shirt made up that says, "Analog Forever!!" :tongue3:

Man that is a old coin.

I've hunted with guys who use 20 yr old units and swear by them. And they would find more than the guys with new top end units.

Awesome coin! You can stills see the W&M outlines on it. What a cool coin. I'd love to find one someday too!!!!
