Couple hour hunt after work at button hill. 16 buttons, 178? Irish half penny, 2 nice buckles, thimble and part to a rat tail pewter spoon. This brings my button count up to 243! This is a dream site...maybe someone should pinch me. Thanks for looking and HH!

It's amazing how that site continues to produce Matt. You must be approaching 200 buttons by now. Has to be an early camp as I doubt you'd find that much stuff at a single homesite. I know I've said this before, but I think you should devote some significant time toward finding the trash pits there. Good luck!

I have found 243 buttons there , Bill.

That is an insane amount of buttons between you guys. The fact that you can still find 16 in an "after work hunt" is amazing. I can't imagine what the ground looks like there with all the digging over the last few months. I know you fill the holes but I'm sure it's still obvious where all the hot spots were. I haven't see a Wayne's Legion button in a while. Probably still some there though.....

Kirk

Pasture field. I have found 3 Connecticut coppers, 3 large cents(2 draped busts, 1 matron head), 1 smooth copper and the most recent Irish half penny. So a total of 8 coppers, which seems like a puny number to my 243 buttons. Other coppers have been dug by my cousin and another fella we invited down.
