The above site thinks its:

'925 NV = Nevada Silver, made in England(?)'
However, that is not a British hallmark, so we can rule that one out, but may still mean Nevada Silver??

It's possibly the maker's mark.

The Native American jewelry that I make all contain my mark: WE (Walking Eagle)
