Tonight I showed the owner of the horse paddock's everything we found, gave it all it him, only kept the RAF Silver Pendant. He told me about another small field that will be ready in a week but for now pointed me to a field I hadn't tried.
I went with Land-Magnet, he lives nearby, who oddly got a Roman Bronze coin at 3 inches Second time he has done this with me in a horse paddock
Anyway only had a short hunt of 1.5 hours (with no Dad) but I was pleased with the targets:
1930 Silver Sixpence
1839 Sixpence - better than the one in my collection
Solid chunky Silver Ring, no marking but 6-7 inches deep.
Buckles
Very pleased with the 17th Century Button, another unusual find for pasture
