Back to my favorite spot today for a little while. This place was around in the 1870's. The rail raod came to town in 1873 and this spot was like the first place in town when the rr got there.
Last week I found the nice 1877 dime, this week about 20' away I found a decent 1901 dime !!! And a 1956 Wheatie
Love that silver. Total take for the 2 hours, 99¢, a railroad penny and a old cross (and some small toys and junk, oly one bottle cap today!!!)
