Another "What is it?" for buzzgator (6/15/2011)

Per buzzgator's latest notes: Last 4 days finds about 12 hrs worth of walking.

Stone square stemmed site is in SouthWest Missouri so if The point your curious about is from east of Mississippi river Kampsville would probably be a better call.

Very good Hunt Buzzgator :o I used to have to get help with my pics ;D Au seekers Alright. ;D

I found it 45 miles west of the big ditch. SEMO area.

Thanks 1320. It took alot of knocking on farmers doors to get to hunt the spots i have and was almost starting to think i was going to be stuck walking creeks since moving to Mo.

According to buzzgator, this is a personal find of his from Southeast Missouri.

My guess is that it's a nicely made turtleback scraper...

Any other thoughts/opinions?

Thanks 1320 and let me extend the same offer to you! Great bunch of guys/girls here at TNET Im glad to be a part of it. Shane that was my first thought but never really tried to id until recently. I have a pail full that I have found from the east coast to oklahoma one day i will take sum pics wid digi cam and see if i cant dl them from librarys puter. thanx for the replies.

It's neither, it's a Burkett.
