Made some calls just now. Provident paying 4% more for 90%, and 7% more for war nickels. Didnt bother to ask about 40%....

Nothing needs to be policed so fine,
that members can't discuss things with their Coin roll hunting member friends,
without running all over TreasureNet to have those discussions.
Why is there 250+ forums and sub-forms on here? Why have so many if things will not be posted in the right spot?
