At least I found a Buck today....

Whenever I go out detecting I try to find at least $1 or something out of the ordinary like a foreign coin or piece of jewelry to consider it a good hunt.

Well, today I went to one of my usual parks and found "A Buck"

Now that is one cool buck!!! Was it buried or laying in the bushes? Thats a damn site better than the bucks Ive been finding..................mine have all been clad nickels & dimes!

Since the writing is upside down, it looks like it might be a cup that sits on the antlers and nose?? Can't quite tell what the writing says.... did you research the text, like is it the "Order of the Buck" or some secret society Cool Find.

It is indeed a shot glass for jaegermeister. It does sit on it's antlers.

I have seen some cool shot glasses in my time, and that one rates right up there! Although I absolutely hate jager (nasty black licorce crud), I would buy that glass!
