Not off to a great start to 2016! We were skunked on six of our eight boxes this week, and the other two yielded one 90% each, one being a Walker. Our results are going to have to pick up to match or beat last year!

Had a much better week this week thanks to two of our boxes. Our eight boxes came out with four skunks... the other yielded 4 x 90% and 29 x 40% including a very nice Walker. Best box had 1 x 90% and 18 x 40%, great production!



Hoping things keep up into next week. We'll be doing a little bit of bank hopping this coming Monday. One of my goals for the year is to find a solid roll. I've been nowhere close so far, but you never know when lightning will strike!

Hey everyone, we had a couple really nice boxes this past week. One box had 6 x 90% and 4 x 40% including three Franklins and two Walkers (one beautiful 1942 and the slickest 1920 I've ever seen). Another box yielded 36 x 40%, our best box of the year so far!

From eight boxes we ended up pulling 9 x 90% and 45 x 40% including four Franklins and two Walkers for a total of 9.91 ounces, a great week!

Back down to earth this week! Haha, not nearly as good of a yield! Our eight boxes this week only produced 2 x 90% and 9 x 40%. On the plus side both of the 90% were Walkers 1939 (don't see that date very often) and a 1943.

Oh, and we also found a 1969-S proof, a little scratched up but still a nice and unusual find! Hopefully should have two extra boxes coming in next week

Grabbed two extra boxes this week for a total of ten. Results weren't anything spectacular, save for one nice box that yielded 7 x 90% and 1 x 40%, all Kennedys. Skunked on five, the rest all yielded a few each.

Total from ten boxes are 12 x 90% and 7 x 40% with a 1959 Franklin and a 1939 Walker for a total of 5.38 ounces. Good luck this week everyone!

Eight boxes produced just about on-par this week. The results were as follows: 4 x 90% and 18 x 40% including 3 Franklins for a total of 4.11 ounces. And hey, no skunks at all this week!

Sweet little teller tray/CWR score today. Drove out to an area I usually don't go (mostly because it's usually tapped out) and hit up a few banks for halves. Four or five had none, but one bank had eleven loose and a CWR.

Snatched up the CWR and the other teller with the loose halves goes "Oh, these are silver ya know!" ... NICE!



The eleven loose were 10 x 40% and 1 x 90% and the CWR must have been deposited by the same person as it also had 5 x 40%.

I don't usually have great luck bank hopping, so this was a tasty little treat! Keep on stackin'!

Hey everyone, we had a very good week to round out February... check it out!

We did our usual eight boxes and came out with four of them with 9+ silvers. Three of them were 2.40 oz+. The eight boxes in total yielded 13 x 90% and 33 x 40% including 8 Franklins for a total of 9.58 oz

In addition, I also scored 1 x 90% and 18 x 40% out of loose/CWR this week, some of it noted in the above post for an additional 3.02 oz



Our boxes bested January this month, totaling 31 x 90% and 67 x 40% for a total of 21.12 oz (not including loose/CWR). Next week will also be the first where I've upped my weekly order to 10 boxes. Good luck in March everyone!

First week of March didn't go great. Didn't get skunked and didn't break any records. The first week with 10 boxes yielded 1 x 90% and 16 x 40% including a Walker as the only 90% for a total of 2.73 ounces . Six of the 40% came from one of the two extra boxes.

Trying to expand even a little further and push a little harder with another extra two boxes per week from another pickup. Won't be coming in for another couple weeks but I will then be searching 12 per week!

Well we had a super craptastic week. Our ten boxes only yielded 1 x 90% and 2 x 40% Something has to have changed in my supply as these results are way below normal.

Picked up $60 in CWR this morning and snagged a '64 at least. Less than an ounce on the week, ouch!

Not sure what changed but hopefully things will be back to normal next week...

Pewww, it stinks over here! Our ten boxes were skunktastic this week once again. The first nine were skunks which extended our streak to 19 straight boxes. In the second to last roll of the 10th box, there were two 40%, breaking the streak! How that happens, I'll never understand.

Over the last three weeks we've done 30 boxes and have had 26 skunks while the other four yielded 1 x 90% and 4 x 40%. Hoping these skunks clear on out soon...

Hey avago, do you mark your coins are you starting to see some of those back? Your streak was so good for so long I'm just wondering if you're starting to search through a lot of the same coin you were searching already minus the silver.

Hi Zomotion, thanks for checking in! Yes, I marked my dumps for some time and was able to work out which of my dumps were going where so that I was able to keep my streams separate. But now with this latest batch, I'm getting a ton of my marks back from 11/14-3/15 which is a little confusing.

Either there's a new hunter re-dumping my dumps back into my supply all at once, or maybe my pickup ran out of halves and had to buy them from another processor, my dump? I have NO idea.

I marked up a bunch in this week's batch to see if I end up getting those back anytime soon. In the mean time I hope things pick back up!
