Back in the Game. Large (x2) An Eagle Relic, Help Needed!!!

Well, the good thing about the nasty winter was the time I spent on research. I was able to loacte several new sites from a 1862 map (not shown on the 1875 map). I got out at lunch yesterday and dug the two large cents: 1845 and unknown. I also found the other two relics pictured. The one has a sweet engraved eagle and I would appretiate any help with identity. The other item has a little silver bar through it? Thanks and Keep Swinging!!!
