Hi everyone, How are you all doing. Haven't posted in about 3 weeks or so.

Wasn't hunting much due to the drought weather we were having here in Pa. Now it's been raining everyday.

This is like my off season to sound crazy. I hunt during the winter fall and spring. I hate summer hunting.

I'm a woods hunter and with the mild winter we had everything is grown in like south africa.

Ground was like a brick and bugs are out really strong this year. I'm not a sissy but when you add everything together it makes it tough on hunting.

I have been getting out for a hr here and there for a quick fix.

Been limited to feilds lawns and open area's. I have to go on a permission type of searching over the next 3 months or so.

My least favorite type of hunting.

But my brother Lance surprized me with permission for us both to hunt a old tavern/hotel. It was built in 1834.

3 presidents stayed here way back. It is also part of the underground railroad.

Bad part is I think someone beat us to it years ago.

I may be wrong but seemed that way. Ton of clad a few wheats here and there and out of nowhere Lance, pulls a 1865 2 center.

I was happy for him. It was his first and I have found some already in my searches.

Nice place to hunt. The place has a dirt basement floor and a old crawl tunnel for slaves I guess. They said we could hunt it.

Only been there once this week for 2 hrs and did pretty well. My best find is going under a whole different topic since I couldn't fit it in this one.

Hope you all are doing well with your searches.

Thanks for looking,

HH Jeremy

Great find Jeremy,

Keep digging the great finds.
I especially like the glasses. It's amazing the lenses did not break after all these years.

Keep it up.

Ron.

Very nice digs. These are the types of finds I've found most of my life. Now and then an old coin when I least expected it.

Good post.

Thanks alot for all the replies everyone. Sorry I have been away. Even I need a break here and there.

I hunted the whole year through the winter and made some great finds. I was starting to get burned out from treasure hunting.

I also was writing stories and doing way to much at once.

I took a small break and hope to get back into the swing of things here soon.

I enjoy the cold wet weather were having right now.

I'll get out and hunt alot more in these conditions.

Thanks again,

Jeremy

Thanks for the replies everyone. I got some pics of the site but didn't get the film developed yet.

When I do I'll post some pics. I have some others to on the roll.

This haul was more than 2 hrs of hunting. I'm not that fast Lisa. I wish I were. It was about 6 hrs of hunting or so.

All was found in a span of 3 weeks getting out for a hr here and there.

Hey Captain, I have been told by others the way I put my stuff together is art also. May have to print some out and see what I can do with some of them

Thanks again,

Jeremy
