Base gives up 1930/40 silver ST. Christopher metal during short hunt

Decided to hit the base again for a one hour hunt. I came up with three wheat's and one old ST Christopher metal. It was a nice surprise and brought the silver count to 3 for the weekend. Thanks for looking.

The stylized plane and car really make the medal , the designation of "silver" is also charming and in contrast to

the customary .925 , or sterling , would seem to indicate manufacture on a much lesser scale . Argentium.

Interesting St. Chris. pendant. I found a Victorian style ring last year that had the words "silver" inscribed on the inside of it too. Very cool.
