Thanks again JW.
Post aside, please prepare us Yanks for "bawdy" posts and pictures. I was shocked when I viewed the initial tamper. I was unprepared to see an erect male "unit" on a pipe tamper. If anything. Not sure how, even centuries ago, "it" contributed to slow and even burning? LOL
I push forward, continue reading, only to reveal the quote - "of a man in a state of strenuous arousal, clad solely in a top hat"! I nearly fell off my couch with laughter!! All that came to mind was college. Or university, as the Brit's say.
I highly doubt mine would have been a top hat. More likely a lampshade. ;)
I will leave remainder of your post for the masses.
Well done sir.
Peace ✌

Thanks, Kid!
I really don't think the 'masses' are interested in my scribblings.
I tried to make this one stand out, but evidently must try harder. :laughing7:

With my luck I could be in a huge field full of other detectorists and be the only one to locate such a weird and disturbing item. I think after finding it I would place the detector and gear in the car, sit in the car and wonder if I should ever detect again.

If ever you come to the UK on a swinging holiday, remember to tell the trauma department at the local hospital to be on stand-by, my precious! You can't be serious ... ? :laughing7:

Having a laugh because I know I'm the guy in the group to find the oddest item which to me is always great but I just don't think finding anything of a man with his soldier saluting is something id enjoy finding, probably laugh at but enjoy, no.
