Beautiful Eagle Sword Plate, Musket Lock Plate & More!

Hello all! I had a great first DIV & saved some very nice relics. The highlight of the hunt was the sword belt plate, it was almost 2ft deep!!! It's a great feeling to see that coming out of the ground! This was a variety that had the applied silver wreath which is now gone although you can see evidence of it. I also really like the 1863 Springfield musket lock plate. I found a nice variety of other relics as well. There were some amazing relics found at this hunt, I will definitely do this again. The weather & company couldn't have been better! Thanks for looking & HH!

grey lock, you wouldn't believe the finds. At least 6 CS tongues from one field. The find of the hunt was 3 gold coins ($20, $5 & 2.50) & 5 seated halves found under a breast plate!

That plate you found is beautiful Magnum. My husband sent me the video of the guy digging that breastplate and all that gold and silver,AMAZING!!!
