Did you look them up on-line? I’m not sure which back design you have. Does it have his birthplace? I found a lot of variations: $1 and $3 “Bills”. Several different designs. Asking $1.45 on the low end.

after I peel the picture off it, I'd still spend it.
if I'm not mistaken it is a real Dollar Bill with a Clinton sticker over Washington's.

It says Legal Tender , so either real Dollar or Illegal Counterfeit
