Thanks for the link, Ron. Like I said, could be a toadstool. I've lived here a while, but the altitude messes up your perception enough. Besides, the way I am normally, would y'all really want me comin on here under the influence of psychoactive toadstools?

Once again...Very nice pictures. I was up in Silverton, Co. last year, (first time ever) and I was just overwhelmed by the beauty of those mountains.

Silverton is great!! you should check out Ouray wich is near Silverton. What made you there?

That 2nd pic looks like a backdrop was used behind the compressor...so amazingly beautiful it doesn't even look real. Looks like a scene you would have seen on the t.v. show Bonanza.
