8) Wing: Awesome Recipe, but 2 things. Are you sure that you should nuke the Tortillas Before you freeze them? & How about a little Heat!

Since you like some heat on your burritos try this simple salsa recipe.

I large can whole tomatoes (substitute fresh)
Salt to taste
Garlic, fresh diced or, powdered to taste
Oregano to taste
Your choice of either or use both; finely chopped jalapeno, or crushed red pepper flakes, quantity is up to your taste bud heat index! :'(
Place all in blender and pulse for a few seconds till well blended.
Use immediately or keep in refrigerator for several days.
For longer life cook about 12 minutes and store in refrigerator; up to 2 weeks

Enjoy

Wingman, your recipe sounds good, breakfast burritos are a great way (with a mug of coffee) to start the day, and good when you're on the run...ah, no pun intended..just keep away from the beans!

Burritos they're not just for f*rts and giggles anymore.

I love breakfast burritos..... lunch burritos, dinner burritos, desert burritos, snack burritos, midnight-snack burritos. I even look like a (overstuffed in the middle) burrito.

For breakfast, Potato & eggs w/cheese, western omelet, huevo ranchero, are all good in a burrito.

I experiment with burritos all the time. Haven't had one in a couple of days though, and have already had my breakfast this morning, so I'll have to wait till tomorrow morning to try it.
I have some hot sausage that should work well in the recipe. Thanks.

P.S. Buscadero, doesn't everyone use hot sauce on their eggs?
