Buckle and something

Hi my friends! I have found 2 things today! First one was this oval thing which is 4-5cm in height and 1,5-2cm length. The second was this beautiful buckle, unfortunately in 2 pieces (it’s about 2-3cm tall). Do you have some information for me about them?
