Burnt and Crispy (NOT SO) Colonial copper *updated*

Found this today, I can make out a Bust....and Brit thats it. I have no clue. Note, this coin came from a site that has only produced colonial buttons, KGII, a farthing, and now this....It's bigger than a large cent. The reverse or obverse is completely melted away.



*update*

After further examination, I am very confident that this coin is actually a "Bun Head" Queen Victoria. Which fast forwards my site up considerably. I love that this coin is burnt, it truly shows the "passing" of this era.

Looks like a Washington copper.

no kidding! Burnt or not, I think this coin is pretty cool. It has character. I'll prolly never know exactly what it is though.
