busted clovis???

I found this about 5 minutes into a 2 hour hunt beside a creek in SW N Dak.
I think it is knife river flint. Very thin.
Busted off base with heavy patina on one side and on the broken end.
It is 2 5/8 inches long and has a 3/4 inch flute on one side of the broken end.
Who knows how long it once was. Just wondering, would this be a piece of a clovis?
I have larger pics if anyone wants to see them.
Not many full pieces found around here so I am happy with this find. Some
day I will find an intact one hopefully.
A friend found a piece of a Folsom a couple weeks ago about a mile from where I found this.

I know of a few people who have found pieces, one guy has one in three pieces, but
I don't know personally of any complete clovis' found near here.
I am sure they have been found but it seems people rarely share knowledge of their finds. And I am a bit of a loner, I don't talk to alot of people, that I live in one of the least populated areas in the US has it's ups and downs.

South west N. Dak., a hundred miles or so south of Alexander.
I see you have fish in your pic, you ever paddlefish when you lived there?

yes actually at the intank if thats how you spell it.my mom got a 60pounder and i got a about a 25 pounder at about 12 years of age have pics but that was in the eairly 80's.throw out real in over and over.was it peter pattle fish week?lol
