The Jastro Winkle Diamond Co. will be hosting a Invitation Only " California Diamond Rush " at the Jastro Winkle Alluvial Diamond Field during the March Madness Weekend. The Invitation is for TreasureNet Member's Only and Guest. For those who may be in doubt as to the validity I will be posting and making available images of Kimberlite, lamprolite, eclogite, zenolite, and all indicator minerals I have on Display. Each Attendee will be allowed to keep a total amount of 25 cts. of rough diamond with matrix and 1 lb of diamond bearing rock as well as a a specimen sample of each diamond indicator. This event is being held to raise awareness of issue's that pertain to the U.S. Diamond miner as well as the world perseption of Diamonds which have originated in the U.S. Weather may or may not change date of event for more info please Contact Jastro Winkle or join my U.S. Diamond Miner Group Thank you

I think this is a scam or an after (grade) school project. Searching comes back with fictional nation in fictional Osiris, which contains lots of other make believe nations. https://www.nationstates.net/page=dispatch/id=765479

Oh, and Zenolite isn't a mineral. ZEOLITE is a class of clays which is what I think he was going after.
