Can Anyone Date These Military Wings?

I obtained these wings in collection of badges and Veterans items from the 1880s and 1890s. Just curious if this set of wings dates to this era, and if it is related to GAR or if its military issue. Measures 4" wide. Brass composition, painted colors. Got tired of searching hundreds of sets of wings and not finding this one. Figured someone here would know right away.

Not later then WWII era and that's just a guess by what I see in the way it's made. Did you try posting in the "what is it" topics? I've got some good feedback on almost every military items I've had questions about there.
