Can you help ID this bottle ?

Is this the kind of bottle I think it is? (Un-regular poison bottle with heart shaped bumps to ID as a poison bottle late at night in the dark?) I hope this is what I think I paid a buck for it. Anyone know anything about this bottle and possible value it may have ? Thank you so much !!

I don't think it ever held anything, I think it's a Pier 1 Imports decorative piece, value is minimal at best...

look at how the seem goes all the way up the bottle to the top.

it was made im the last five years,most likely in span or china.
