Hey Gang,

Slippery Jack invited some of the Michigan detectorists to detect with him in his town in southwest Michigan on Saturday. Present were: AMC Rules, Jim C, Prober, Prober’s grandson Zack, and Slippery Jack. We met at the County Building around 9 a.m.

While we were standing there discussing detecting and waiting for another Treasurenet friend (who didn’t make it), an old lady came over and asked what our metal detectors were. After some joking around we told her what they were & I asked her if she had an old house. She did, so I asked her if we could come over and detect there…she said YES. So Jack now has another old house on his list. Eventually we came to the conclusion that the other person wasn’t going to make it, we walked down the street to the old Masonic Temple where we detected for the first hour or two.

Each of us found a few things there. Here are the relics that I found…a suspender clasp and a seal of some sort.
