Cherry Pretzel Squares

3 c. chopped pretzels 4 c. cool whip
½ c. melted butter 8 oz. cream cheese (room temp.)
¾ c. sugar 1 c. confectioner’s sugar
2 cans (21 o) Cherry Pie Filling

Combine 1st 3 ingredients. Spread ½ of pretzel mixture in bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake 10 min. at 350. Combine next 3 ingredients spread ½ of the cream cheese mixture on top of the baked pretzel crust. Spread 2 cans of cherry pie filling over cream cheese layer. Spread remaining ½ of the cream cheese mixture over pie filling. Sprinkle with remaining pretzel mixture. Refrigerate 4 hrs.
