City of Houston After leaving New York with a cargo of Christmas goods bound for Texas, this 290 ft. passenger/freight ship encountered a fierce storm and sank in 90 ft. of water 55 miles off of South Carolina. Extensive marine life and abundant artifacts make this diveworth the trip.
Is not far from the Old Frying pan tower out of Southport.
