Cinnamon Teal

Small ducks about half the size of a mallard.

Took these this morning at the North Klamath Marsh.

Glad to see you get out Ron,always enjoy everthing that you shoot. We do see some of them over on the Mississippi when I use to Duck hunt, pretty bird.

Great Ron, very rarely see one here all we get is Green Wing and Blue Wing teal

The marsh was just beginning to come to life, so not much cover for the wildlife to hide in. Saw lots of other species, but these were about the only thing I could get close enough to take pictures. I remember hunting the Blue Wing and Green Wing Teal in Oklahoma when I was a teen ager.
