I believe it's cataloged as #168/311 in Patriotic Civil War Tokens by George & Melvin Fuld.

The copper variety, 168/311a, is rated R1 (5,000+) ; brass, 168/311b, is rated R4 (up to 500).

The 2002 edition of Bryan Kanziger's The Civil War Token Collectors' Guide values the copper at $25-30 in F/VF-XF condition; and the brass at $30-40.

However, Russell Rulau's United States Tokens 1700-1900, 4th Ed. (2004) lists it at $12-14, VF-XF.

Great token. I have many including one featured in Coin World magazine last year, in the column Found In Rolls. Never get tired of them. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for all the info......As I see it they made 5000+ and its has a R1 catagory number. Im amazed at all the different CW tokens that were made. I also have one with flag that says who ever tears it down will be shot on spot. I sure like the claspped hands token it would go nice with my claspped hands flask.
