construction and clearing

upon my travels through town i noticed that a construction company has started to lay the groundwork for an "over 50" community. the land they are on is in an area surrounded by houses built around the mid to late 1700's to early 1800's so this spot looks promising. i want to ask permission to check out the area, but i'm not sure who to approach. there is a sign from the developer/company that is doing the building that has a phone # on it or should i just approach the office trailer and try to find the person in charge of the site.

Ask the man in charge of the site Mike. Usually they give permission on their days off when they are not working as to not get in their way...........Sat, Sun, and holidays. But I also have heard some won't give permission due to liability issues, BUT all they can do is say no.....so ASK and Good luck............Rich
