Hey guys,

On my 3rd box of nickels ever, I found this really nice 1934 d buffalo nickel. Given that it's it pretty good condition, I am thinking about selling it so I can invest more into collecting. Any one have tips on how to best sell coins? ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1463804767.870493.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1463804786.104299.jpg

photos in daylight, macro focus with tripod and white background. use "PCGS photograde" online then set price with Redbook. do not be greedy, but be fair

Search on eBay for "sold" listings for coins similar to yours. That gives you the current market rate.

Sorry, but you might get a dollar for it. Just because it's older doesn't necessarily give it higher value.

Excellent advice! This is what I do every time I sell or buy anything significant on eBay. Easiest way to find out what the market says something is really worth.
