So they didn't come out of the ground, but I still thought there would be some appreciation on this board. I won a whole bunch of these old (and newer) brass trains at auction a couple nights ago. I think they are absolutely gorgeous. Some actually have a bunch of collector value ;D

Those are indeed awesome!

Did they auction them all together? If so, I bet you cleaned up bigtime. Looks like a pretty good score regardless if you had no serious competition bidding against you.
