Coral necklace in junk bag

Bought a bag for $5.99. Looked like junk mainly but thought there was a pair of gold earrings which I was right. 3 g 14 K. The other thing that looked interesting but I wasn't sure was a red coral necklace.
Kept the earrings. Sold the necklace, $600 shipped. Another one had a gold clasp went for 3x that. But that person already paid that much for one. Highly doubt they're looking for another one, took the money and ran!

Wow that's amazing! I'd have tossed it into my costume box and never thought a thing about it. How do you identify coral from useless junk?

It was cold to the touch. And the beads were faucted. And... I have a friend that is a retired antique dealer. Sent her a text... that was the best help.

Hello. I'm from the IRS and we need to talk....

LOL Beachkid surely goes over 20K every year on feebay and the tax paperwork comes around like clockwork anyway! I think people who pick and flip should be in some special tax bracket. Sucks.
