The one with a hook is a boot hook. The others are curling irons, cuticle tool etc. All ladies grooming items.

You have a Victorian ladies toiletry set. From left to right as follows, corn knife, button hook, curling tongs (iron), cuticle knife, mirror and on top is the nail buffer.
